Trade Opening
Trade Opening (Part 2)
The opening of OneThoresbyStreet saw over 200 people visit the building. My new gallery Trade opened with Artur Zmijewski's Them and Endless Supply 10, presented downstairs in the Reading Room. Also downstairs was Moot's re-configured bar. Upstairs in the One Thoresby Project Space, was a group exhibition by Dutch gallery Walden Affairs.
That damn bear
To begin with, it was nice to dress up as the bear for Joanna Malinowska & Christian Tomaszewski's Press day at Nottingham Contemporary which featured on the BBC news at 10. This is the casual 'before' photo. Chasing young girls through the large cavernous artwork in the bear-suit started to lose its appeal after 20 minutes of sweating profusely. BEETROOT FACE - I nearly expired.
